Job summary

Corporate Environments of Georgia seeks an Architectural Solutions Project Designer to deliver quality design work for clients on time and within budget. This client-facing role offers cross-training opportunities in project management to foster team excellence.

The position requires proficiency in Revit, CAD, MS Project, and Procore, with a BS/BA/BFA in interior design or architecture and strong communication, detail, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BS, BA or BFA degree in interior design, architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, MS Project, and Procore.
• Additional experience in design-build process and offsite construction methods.
• Advanced communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Understand construction documents.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Proven sales ability with knowledge of business practices (Preferred).
• Experience with Prefab Software ICE- DIRTT Environmental Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage adherence to project schedule, internal budget, customer’s project budget, design task completions, and quality of design work.
• Ensure complete and accurate transmittal of project planning data to order entry along with project management assist.
• Understand Local building codes, ADA regulations, National Electrical Code, etc.
• Understand architectural product, including order preparation, project management, order management, and delivery/installation.
• Manage changes and revisions with costs in mind.
• Strong personal leadership abilities including meeting management, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, collaboration and prioritization.
• Execute drawings and pricing utilizing DIRTT ICE software.
• Experience coordinating MEP consultants and architectural construction detailing.

Position Overview:

Responsible for providing quality design work to clients in a timely manner, and within budget, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a client facing design position that will have the opportunity to cross-train in project management and be expected to work toward a successful team experience.

Key Responsibilities:
