Job summary

Suddath seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager for Perdue Commercial Interiors to lead complex architectural solution projects from preconstruction to closeout in a dynamic environment.

You will collaborate with GCs, architects, owners, trade partners, and internal teams to deliver modular walls, architectural walls, casework, and related interior systems on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management and 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred.
• Prior experience with general contractors, construction managers, or commercial construction firms is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, contracts, budgets, and project controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects in active construction environments while protecting schedule, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring buildability and coordination.
• Coordinate with architects, owners, consultants, and general contractors to develop coordinated solutions.
• Review drawings, specs, and schedules to identify risks and coordination needs early.
• Lead constructability reviews and provide input on modular walls and interior systems.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, procurement timelines, and site logistics.
• Manage safety, schedule, budget, margin, documentation, and client satisfaction.
