Job summary

Perdue Office Interiors, a Suddath Company, is seeking a high-level Construction Project Manager to lead complex architectural solution projects through preconstruction, coordination, field execution, and closeout in North Florida.

The role requires proven General Contractor experience, collaboration with GCs, architects, owners, trade partners, vendors, and internal teams, and oversight of modular walls, architectural solutions, casework, millwork, and interior systems.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field required; 10+ years of PM experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with GCs, architects, and owners.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction, design development, coordination, and closeout for interior construction projects.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; manage safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with GCs, architects, owners, vendors, and trade partners to ensure buildable solutions.
• Oversee Falkbuilt modular walls, Steelcase solutions, casework, and millwork installations.
• Maintain project documentation, change orders, and closeout deliverables.
