Responsibilities

• Bid and budget new projects with Sales, Business Development, and Design teams.
• Manage client and project intake processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with Accounting on documentation and setup tasks.
• Work with the General Contractor (GC), installation crews, and other external vendors to finalize project scope.
• Manage all execution deliverables including field verifications, product orders, and delivery.
• Coordinate site conditions and installation requirements with GC and trades.
• Handle final punch-list and close-out documentation.

As a Project Manager at Built Solutions, you oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of prefabricated construction projects. You ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires learning DIRTT's modular wall systems as well as our other architectural products, with the ability to integrate these systems seamlessly into various project environments.

What you would be doing…

• Working with Sales, Business Development, and the Design team on bidding and budgeting new projects.
• Managing client and project intake processes and procedures.
• Working with Accounting on all necessary documentation and setup tasks.
• Working with the project General Contractor (GC), installation crews, and other external vendors to finalize scope of the project.
• Managing all project execution deliverables including field verifications, product order, and delivery.
• Coordinating site conditions, installation requirements, and monitoring installation work with the GC and all other trades.
• Working through final punch-list at project completion and providing all close out documentation.

• Project Management experience (PMP is ideal, but not required.).
