Cinch Home Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex programs. You will define scope, drive schedules, and coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, strong analytics, and experience with marketing platforms. A PMP certification is preferred, and the position may involve affiliations with affinity partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in product development or related fields.
• Business Analytical Experience (Advanced Excel) strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of Project Management Software (Adobe Workfront is a plus) and Microsoft Visio.
• Technically savvy with HubSpot, Google Analytics, SFMC, Ion, Liferay, and shared document platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance marketing campaigns and content development.
• Experience in a marketing omnichannel environment: print, digital, presentation, video.
• Ability to produce clear project plans with milestones, resources, and schedules.
• Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish, maintain, and manage project work plan, monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress. This role will primarily support Affinity Partnerships.
• Assist business owners to define project scope and requirements.
• Define actions/owners/deliverables clearly to meet product/project dates and cost budgets.
• Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage change and conflict, measure deliverables to schedules, and develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity.
• Coordinate with external vendor relationships (Affinity partners, OEMs and BPO's) as related to project scope.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, and constantly monitor and present reports on project progress, quality assurance, problems, and solutions to all stakeholders.
• Manages each project through all phases of the project management cycle, requirements, design, development, implementation, and post implementation phases.
• Responsible for communicating project key objectives, critical path milestones, and overall project status to management.
• Provides regular communication and project status updates to project teams, stakeholders, and vendors/consultants throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of project status, and/or issues
• Ensures that there is a detailed implementation plan for each project production installation, monitors compliance with the defined plan, and monitors the project for post-implementation issues.
• Facilitates a formal project closure by holding a formal Lessons Learned session, documenting the results, and ensuring continuous improvement efforts are realized.
• Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in at least one of the following areas: product development and lifecycle management, business process optimization, strategic business consulting, capital project management, and operations optimization.
• Business Analytical Experience (Advanced Excel) strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of Project Management Software (Adobe Workfront is a plus) and Microsoft Visio.
• Technically savvy and familiar with HubSpot, Google Analytics, SFMC, Ion, Liferay, and shared document platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI or similar, to enhance marketing campaign execution, content development, and performance optimization.
• Experience in a marketing omnichannel environment: print, digital, presentation, video
• Ability to produce clear project plans with milestones, resources, and schedules.
• Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities and resources while maintaining a focus on quality.
