Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a fast paced marketing organization managing multiple concurrent launches and workstreams. This role will serve as a central point of coordination between internal cross functional teams and external agency partners, ensuring projects move efficiently from kickoff through review, approval and final delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can shift quickly. Success in this role requires strong project management discipline, exceptional follow through and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders, dependencies and deadlines aligned.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between external agency vendors and internal teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to specification
  • Build and maintain detailed workback schedules, project timelines and trackers across multiple concurrent launches and workstreams
  • Manage day to day project logistics from kickoff through review, approval and final delivery
  • Document and consolidate feedback across review rounds, route feedback to the appropriate partners and drive resolution
  • Monitor project status and proactively identify risks, blockers, dependencies and potential timeline impacts
  • Reprioritize work in real time as business needs, deadlines and project requirements shift
  • Maintain organized project documentation and clear sources of truth across active projects
  • Facilitate meetings and provide clear, timely written status updates
  • Drive stakeholder accountability and follow through on deliverables and action items
  • Partner cross functionally with creative, marketing, developer and other internal teams
  • Coordinate closely with external agencies and vendors throughout project execution
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of project or program management experience
  • Proven experience coordinating with and managing external agencies and vendors
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent launches with competing deadlines
  • Strong track record building and maintaining workback schedules, project timelines and trackers
  • Experience managing complex cross functional projects across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers and dependencies
  • Strong meeting facilitation and written status reporting skills
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace or comparable platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across concurrent projects
  • Clear, proactive communication style with demonstrated ability to drive follow through and accountability
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with developer or technical marketing content and associated review processes
  • Experience with budget tracking, SOWs and vendor or PO management
  • Experience partnering with localization or international teams on multi market launches
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline project management workflows, documentation or reporting
  • Previous experience working at Meta is a plus

This role is best suited for a hands on project manager who enjoys being at the center of execution. You know where every project stands, what is due next, who owns each deliverable and where risks may emerge. You are comfortable holding both internal stakeholders and agency partners accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.

You bring structure to ambiguity, communicate early when something is at risk and keep complex projects moving even when priorities change.
