Overview

Our client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join a fast-paced SaaS marketing organization and help drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. This role is ideal for someone who comes out of a marketing team at a technology or SaaS company and thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment.

What You\'ll Do (Day to Day)

• Independently manage large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs by developing detailed project plans with activity-based milestones
• Facilitate effective collaboration across marketing, product, sales, creative, and other partner teams
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks—and work quickly to remove them
• Serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Communicate clearly and confidently with leadership to keep initiatives aligned with business goals
• Prepare cross-functional presentations and provide inputs for recurring leadership updates
• Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders to help shape strategies and execution plans
