The Project Manager is a hands‑on digital delivery catalyst responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of standard to moderately complex SaaS implementation projects that unlock real client value. You remove friction, improve delivery velocity, and introduce more intelligent workflows — embracing automation and AI‑assisted capabilities to elevate predictability and client experience.

What you will be doing

• Lead all phases of project delivery from kickoff to post‑go‑live stabilization
• Collaborate across product, technical, and client teams to drive successful activation, adoption, and customer outcomes while continuously finding ways to simplify, modernize, and scale how we deliver for customers
• Maintain accurate, real‑time project schedules, risks, and execution plans
• Apply delivery tooling and automation to streamline operations and reduce project risk
• Drive clear communication and cross‑functional accountability for delivery milestones
• Escalate appropriately while also proposing solutions and risk‑avoidance strategies
• Support value realization tracking (activation success, conversion outcomes, customer readiness)
• Share process improvements and delivery learnings to support scale and consistency

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 2+ years managing client‑facing SaaS or digital implementation projects
• Strong communication and collaboration across both technical and business stakeholders
• Skilled with delivery management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, etc.)
• Passion for continuous improvement and modern delivery strategies
• PMP/Agile cert strongly encouraged for advancement
• Demonstrated success improving efficiency, quality, or client experience through process or automation enhancements
• Familiarity with API integrations, vendor coordination, or cloud‑based deployment environments
• Hands‑on use of advanced delivery tools (Smartsheet Control Center, Jira automation, AI‑assisted PM workflows)
• Early involvement in post‑go‑live value support (readiness, adoption, activation, client success alignment)
• Track record of contributing to delivery methodology improvements or scaling repeatable delivery assets
• Commitment to professional credentialing (PMP, ACP, or relevant SaaS delivery certifications)
