Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager in Oklahoma City to lead the Advanced Facilities Group core functions on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor projects. You will drive safety culture, manage preconstruction and subcontracting, coordinate with owners, design teams and field personnel, and ensure schedules and budgets are controlled.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Proven ability to lead safety culture and manage risk throughout projects.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Lean methods and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and incident investigations.
• Manage prestart process and bid package development.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff and scope development.
• Develop and manage project schedules and subcontractor buyout.
• Review and approve submittals and shop drawings.
• Monitor budget, costs and profitability; prepare monthly forecasts.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper documentation for budget, schedule, quality and safety decisions.
