Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Advanced Facilities Group in Tulsa, OK. You will lead cross‑functional teams on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget.

You will manage preconstruction activities, subcontracts, procurement, and change management while coordinating with owners, architects, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages the prestart process.
• Supports preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff and bid packages.
• Leads plan and implementation of buyout schedule and subcontractor pricing.
• Manages submittal schedule and reviews shop drawings.
• Coordinates pricing with logistics for materials/equipment.
• Interfaces with risk management and track subcontractor risk.
• Coordinates stakeholders and communicates project status.
