Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager 1 to lead and direct project(s) from start to finish, aligning with the project superintendent. You’ll develop and manage budgets, schedules and subcontractor coordination while upholding JE Dunn's safety culture and client relationships.

You’ll liaise with design teams, owners, and vendors, review changes, and prepare progress reports. This role requires strong communication, lean project management experience, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages preconstruction and buyout processes, subcontractor selection and pricing.
• Oversees submittal schedules, shop drawings and samples approvals.
• Develops and maintains project schedule with Lean principles.
• Prepares monthly cost, margin forecasts and participates in budget development.
