Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 1 to provide direction and leadership for a project or portion of a large project in alignment with the project superintendent. You will build client relationships, coordinate with design teams and subcontractors, and manage administration to support JE Dunn's strategy and values.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, preconstruction support, subcontractor management, and schedule control to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management for the specified project or phase.
• Manage preconstruction activities and subcontractor coordination.
• Develop and maintain project schedule, budget and procurement logs.
• Lead monthly project reviews, risk analysis and change management.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance across project team.
