Job summary

Engtal is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex ground-up and renovation projects across industrial, manufacturing, and commercial sectors. You will own budgets, schedules, procurement, and contracts while coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

The role emphasizes leadership, client interaction, and mentoring junior staff, with a long-standing pipeline of technically challenging work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial GC Project Management experience.
• Ground-up industrial, manufacturing, distribution, automotive, aviation, or commercial experience.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.

• Manage projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout.
• Own budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, procurement, and change management.
• Lead subcontractor buyout and project coordination.
• Partner with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality, safety, and field execution.
