Job summary

The Nearview Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial and industrial construction projects from planning through completion.

You will coordinate with field leadership to develop schedules, manage subcontractors, oversee budgets, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, project controls, budgeting, and cost management.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for leading projects from planning through completion, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, education, or other large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, project controls, budgeting, and cost management
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and coordinating multiple project stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred
