Job summary

Engtal is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up and complex commercial construction projects. You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with field leadership, clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, with strong financial and scheduling skills, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a general contractor.
• Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale ground-up commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and construction operations.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.

• Manage commercial construction projects valued up to $110M+ from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Own project budgets, schedules, contracts, buyout, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and forecasting.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to maintain schedule, quality, safety, and overall project execution.
• Manage relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting on schedule, cost, procurement, and project risks.
• Support and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects valued up to $110M+ from preconstruction through final closeout
• Own project budgets, schedules, contracts, buyout, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and forecasting
