Leoforce is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and infrastructure construction projects across the United States. The role oversees preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience in diverse construction sectors and a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams. Significant travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy civil construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

A nationally recognized design-build and general contracting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and infrastructure construction projects across the United States. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and experience managing complex construction projects in fast-paced environments.
