Job summary

ReNuke Services is seeking a Project Manager I to support a Transmission project in Plainfield, IN. The role centers on coordinating meetings, tracking progress, forecasting schedules, and reporting metrics to stakeholders.

Candidates should have strong Excel/SharePoint skills, experience with PowerBI, and ability to manage multiple workstreams from initiation to hand-off. This is a 12‑month on‑site assignment, with experience in utilities or transmission being beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience with utilities transmission projects is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel macros and pivot tables.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support project throughput tasks, including forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain PowerBI dashboards and SharePoint sites.
• Track and organize estimates, schedules, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and sponsor data as needed.

ReNuke Services is seeking a Project Manager I for our client"s site in Plainfield, IN!

Description

Primarily support the Transmission project management or Transmission development and estimating organizations with all project throughput tasks including but not limited to communicating, tracking, organizing, forecasting, project metric reporting, trend analysis and variance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Dev Project Tracker (Excel/SharePoint)
  • Add projects as they come in
  • Update status
  • Move projects to hand off/cancelled tab
  • Verify data (sponsor, funding, etc)

  • Add projects
  • Add/remove individual poles based on info from stakeholders
  • Update status
