Job summary

US Tech Solutions in the United States is seeking an entry-level Project Manager I to support transmission project management and development, acting as an elevated administrative coordinator.

Hybrid schedule with in-office Tue-Thu; remote Mon-Fri. Responsibilities include governance via SharePoint/Excel, meeting notes, agendas, tracking, and generating proposals with stakeholders; background in engineering/technical office preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
• Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint and Power Automate is a plus (Power Automate is a reach skill).

Responsibilities

• Development meeting (Word/SharePoint).
• Take notes.
• Send out agenda and summary.
• Maintain Action Item Tracker.
• Dev Project Tracker (Excel/SharePoint).
• Add projects as they come in and update status.
• Verify data (sponsor, funding, etc).
• Power BI maintenance and navigation.

• Nature of Role: Functions more as an elevated administrative position or project coordinator/expediter than a traditional PM role.
• Experience: No specific utility technical background is required, but experience in an engineering or technical office (e.g., office admin) is preferred.
• Key Competencies: Must be exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate (the latter is considered a "reach" skill).

• Primarily support the Transmission project management or Transmission development and estimating organizations with all project throughput tasks including but not limited to communicating, tracking, organizing, forecasting, project metric reporting, trend analysis and variance reporting.
