Job summary

Cutler Building & Remodeling, Inc. in Milford, MA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from pre-construction handoff through final completion.

If you're organized, communicate well, and can keep projects on schedule while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and trade partners, we'd like to talk with you. You'll manage multiple projects, develop schedules, coordinate subs, monitor budgets, and ensure quality and safety on site while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Experience managing remodeling or custom home projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and job profitability.
• Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during construction.
• Keep accurate project documentation and communicate updates with leadership.
• Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving forward.
