Job summary

Woodland Builders in Hanover, MA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction from planning through completion. You will lead scheduling, client communication, and ensure projects meet high quality standards.

The role requires 5–10 years in residential construction, 2 years of estimating experience, and strong leadership. We offer $80,000–$95,000, health insurance, a 401(k) with 3% match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in residential construction.
• 2 years of construction estimating experience.
• Prior Project Manager or Superintendent experience preferred.
• Preference for CSL holders.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects at once.
• Experience working with subcontractors and schedules.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What You'll Do

• Manage residential construction projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and field operations
• Oversee quality control, timelines, and jobsite progress
• Using the Jobtread project management software
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and project documentation
• Communicate with homeowners throughout active projects
• Review plans, scopes of work, selections, and change orders
• Collaborate with estimating, design, and production teams
• Solve jobsite issues proactively and keep projects moving
  
• Lead meetings and ensure accountability across all parties

What You Bring

• 5-10 years of experience required in residential construction
• 2 years of construction estimating experience
