Are you an experienced Renovation/Construction Project Manager who thrives on leading high‑end residential remodeling projects? Do you want to be part of a company that not only values work done in excellence, but also values your career and personal growth?

Thanks to our award‑winning reputation and steady stream of business, we are adding an experienced and detail‑driven Residential Remodeling Construction Project Manager to our team. This candidate will lead renovation projects from initial planning with the Design Team through final punch‑list walkthrough.

This role requires a strong understanding of the unique challenges of remodeling—working in occupied homes, coordinating multiple trades in tight timelines, and managing evolving scopes with clarity and professionalism. The ideal candidate excels at communication, problem‑solving, and ensuring that every project reflects quality craftsmanship and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Pre‑Construction
  • Review design plans, scopes, and estimates with detailed accuracy.
  • Schedule trades, order and track materials, and coordinate site prep.
  • Anticipate potential remodel‑specific issues (structural surprises, material lead times, client occupancy needs).
Daily Jobsite & Trade Coordination
  • Oversee progress to ensure trades are working efficiently, on schedule, and to spec.
  • Troubleshoot unexpected site conditions (framing irregularities, code violations, etc.) and project issues.
  • Consistently communicate with the Design Team to ensure site conditions and material limitations are accounted for.
  • Receive daily updates from Crew Lead and Trades.
  • Minor Labor Tasks: Occasionally assist with light demolition, carpentry, punch work, material unloading, and clean‑up.
Client Communication & Experience
  • Serve as the construction team’s trusted point of contact for homeowners.
  • Manage expectations and maintain a calm, solutions‑oriented approach during high‑stress phases of a remodel.
Quality Control & Inspections
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure craftsmanship meets company standards.
  • Verify that installations align with plans and design intent.
  • Prepare for and facilitate building inspections as required.
Budget, Documentation & Change Management
  • Document scope changes and communicate cost and schedule impacts with the GC.
  • Maintain logs, photos, schedules, and job notes.
  • Use Google Drive and JobTread to maintain project details.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of residential remodeling project management experience (kitchen, bath, additions, whole‑home preferred).
  • Strong understanding of remodel‑specific sequencing, structural considerations, and building codes.
  • Ability to read architectural plans, interior design specs, and trade shop drawings.
  • Proficiency in project management software: JobTread and Google Drive.
  • Excellent communication, time‑management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in occupied homes with respect and professionalism.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong eye for detail and finish quality.
  • Knowledge of permitting and inspection processes for renovations.
  • Ability to foresee and mitigate construction complications before they become delays.
  • History working alongside a GC and Interior Designer.
