The Role

• Lead delivery across modular construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal site teams
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation using project management software
• Manage scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting to ensure projects remain on program and budget
• Travel to site weekly to oversee installation and ensure smooth project execution

The Person

• Experience as a Project Manager within modular or single-family residential construction
• Strong understanding of project delivery, site coordination, and project controls
• Confident using construction management software such as Procore, AutoDesk, or similar
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward autonomously
