Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager for a fully remote, California-based role in the modular construction sector. You’ll own projects from pre-construction through to installation, gaining full lifecycle exposure while working in Pacific Time.

You’ll coordinate subcontractors, consultants and internal teams, manage RFIs and project documentation, assist with scheduling and cost tracking, and travel weekly to site to support delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager within modular or offsite construction.
• Understanding of project delivery, site coordination, and construction processes.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk, or similar.
• Ambitious and looking to progress into a fully-fledged Project Manager role.

Responsibilities
