Zen Sherpa LLC seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead modular building projects inside a controlled facility in Henderson, NV. You will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting, and production alignment, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to deliver quality results.

You will manage costs, ensure safety compliance, interpret blueprints, and mentor on-site teams, advancing faster project cycles within a stable, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential or commercial construction project management.
• Experience in construction site coordination or manufacturing-based construction.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of construction scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Valid driver's license preferred for multi-site visits.
