Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead modular or single-family residential construction projects in a fast-growing environment.

You will own delivery from pre-construction to completion, coordinate subcontractors, manage RFIs and documentation, and ensure projects stay on time and budget while traveling weekly to site.

Qualifications

• Experience managing modular or single-family residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, site coordination, and controls.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, AutoDesk).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects autonomously.

Responsibilities
