The Role

You’ll take full ownership of modular construction projects from pre-construction through delivery, coordinating design, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll play a key role in driving programme, cost control, and stakeholder communication across multiple modular projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Manage modular construction projects from design coordination through manufacturing and installation
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers
Coordinate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Monitor quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Identify and resolve programme, cost, and technical challenges proactively
