Kimmel & Associates is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily construction operations within a state-of-the-art indoor modular facility in Albuquerque. You will lead framing through final finishes, manage in-house crews and subcontractors, and maintain production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with increasing field leadership responsibilities.
• Experience as a Superintendent, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Residential construction experience including single-family and/or multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of the International Residential Code (IRC).
• Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and daily production activities.
• Excellent technical problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment where quality and efficiency are equally important.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
