Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a CAD Engineer for modular construction with fully remote work available in California. The role focuses on delivering detailed 3D models, shop drawings and production documentation for high-quality modular projects.

You will work with Cadwork and Revit across projects, collaborating with design, engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate, buildable designs and seamless production handoffs.

The Role

• Produce detailed 3D models, shop drawings and production documentation
• Work with Cadwork and/or Revit across modular construction projects
• Collaborate with design, engineering and manufacturing teams
• Support technical problem-solving, design coordination and buildability
• Maintain high standards of drawing accuracy and quality control

The Person

• Experience as a CAD Engineer, CAD Designer or Detailer
• Background within construction, modular, offsite or manufacturing
• Strong experience with Cadwork or Revit
• Good understanding of technical drawings and construction detailing
• Ambitious, detail-focused and looking for long-term progression
