Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. partners with a growing General Contractor to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager. You will oversee large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments from preconstruction through turnover, guiding teams and maintaining schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in GC project leadership, strong ground-up multifamily background, and a proven track record on $30M+ projects with Procore proficiency and a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing construction projects for a GC.
• Strong background in ground-up multifamily construction.
• Experience leading mid-rise and/or high-rise residential projects.
• Proven success managing projects valued at $30M+.
• Proficiency with Procore is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout life of project.
• Oversee schedules and proactively mitigate risks and delays.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project docs.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, PMs, and Engineers on the team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on all projects.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on status and finances.

We're partnering with a growing and highly respected General Contractor that specializes in multifamily and mixed-use construction. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they're looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager who has successfully managed large-scale mid-rise and/or high-rise multifamily projects from preconstruction through project completion.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing client relationships, and has a proven ability to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and moving forward.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction and procurement through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and overall financial performance.
• Work closely with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the life of the project.
• Oversee schedules and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate risks and delays.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Ensure projects maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration.
• Provide regular updates to company leadership regarding project status, schedule, and financial performance.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience managing construction projects for a General Contractor.
• Strong background in ground-up multifamily construction.
• Experience leading mid-rise and/or high-rise residential projects.
• Proven success managing projects valued at $30M+.
• Proficiency with Procore is required.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

Preferred Background

• Podium, wrap, mixed-use, apartment, condominium, or luxury multifamily experience.
• Experience with concrete, steel, or high-rise structural systems.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, Sage, or similar construction software.
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.
