Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Northbrook, IL to oversee all stages of construction projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role demands strong leadership, negotiation, and blueprint-reading skills, with a focus on cost control and quality.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in project management and construction management.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
