Job summary

Zen Sherpa LLC in Henderson, NV is seeking a construction project manager to lead modular building projects from planning through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities

• Manage multiple modular construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, engineering, QA, and production teams.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for accurate implementation.
• Monitor project costs and maintain financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project meetings, communicate progress, and resolve issues proactively.
• Supervise on-site manufacturing activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Mentor supervisors and production teams to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet industry and customer standards.
• Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost; implement corrective actions when needed.
