Job summary

AppleOne seeks an Electrical Project Manager for a full-time, direct hire in Ventura County, CA. You will lead complex electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring profitability, safety, and quality across diversified sectors.

In this role you will collaborate with owners, GCs, engineers, and internal teams, manage schedules and budgets, and mentor staff while upholding high standards of accountability and teamwork.

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, and project requirements to support successful execution.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, change orders, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and overall financial performance.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate manpower planning, procurement, material deliveries, field operations, inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality control.
• Lead project meetings, support field leadership, mentor team members, and promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
