Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle electrical construction projects, including timelines, submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, documentation, and closeout.
• Coordinate daily project execution with field superintendents, subcontractors, trade craft, union labor, and internal project teams.
• Oversee resource planning, materials sourcing, equipment needs, labor scheduling, cost tracking, and budget reconciliation.
• Monitor project safety, quality, code compliance, and technical specifications across commercial, industrial, and government project sites.
• Represent the project team in coordination meetings with general contractors, federal representatives, infrastructure partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve field issues, and support profitable project delivery through proactive communication and disciplined project controls.

Job Summary

We are seeking a SR Electrical Construction Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity supporting commercial, industrial, and federal infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for an experienced electrical construction professional who can lead complex projects from procurement through closeout while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle electrical construction projects, including timelines, submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, documentation, and closeout.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience.
• Position Type: Full‑time, direct hire.
• Location: Kansas City, MO Metro Area + Travel.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
