• Oversee resource planning, materials sourcing, labor scheduling, and budget reconciliation.
• Monitor safety, quality, code compliance, and technical specs across multiple project sites.
• Represent the project team in meetings with general contractors, government partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and support profitable delivery through proactive communication and project controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle electrical construction projects, including timelines, submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, documentation, and closeout.
• Coordinate daily project execution with field superintendents, subcontractors, trade craft, union labor, and internal project teams.
• Oversee resource planning, materials sourcing, equipment needs, labor scheduling, cost tracking, and budget reconciliation.
• Monitor project safety, quality, code compliance, and technical specifications across commercial, industrial, and government project sites.
• Represent the project team in coordination meetings with general contractors, federal representatives, infrastructure partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve field issues, and support profitable project delivery through proactive communication and disciplined project controls.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience.
• Position Type: Full-time, direct hire.
• Location: Kansas City, MO Metro Area + Travel.
