• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from award through completion, including schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
• Prepare estimates, change orders, cost forecasts, and project financial updates to support profitability and successful project delivery.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents to identify risks, opportunities, scope gaps, and cost impacts.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, foremen, estimators, vendors, general contractors, and internal operations teams.
• Negotiate pricing, manage material and equipment procurement, and support project planning from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build strong client and field team relationships while mentoring junior project managers and contributing to operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from award through completion, including schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
• Prepare estimates, change orders, cost forecasts, and project financial updates to support profitability and successful project delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $105,000 to $150,000 per year.
• Direct hire, full-time opportunity.
