Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and infrastructure construction projects across the United States. The role oversees preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy civil construction.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to leadership and clients.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and client satisfaction.
• Support estimating, procurement, and preconstruction activities as needed.
