LA28 is seeking a Project Management Associate to support the Program Management team in planning and execution of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This role sits in the central Planning & Programs department and focuses on experience in PMO Centralized Planning, Event Delivery, or Experience & Engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or administrative support.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Interest in project management and event operations.
• Excellent data analysis, presentation preparation skills, and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Track KPIs and maintain portfolio data to monitor progress against schedules, milestones, and logs.
• Develop reports by synthesizing large data sets for senior leadership.
• Support cross-functional coordination to align timelines and deliverables.
• Foster a project management community and streamline status tracking.
• Identify and propose improvements to portfolio and PM processes for efficiency.
• Assist with documentation and facilitation of portfolio meetings and planning forums.
