Job summary

LA28 (Web) seeks a Senior Associate, Venue Infrastructure Delivery to support planning, design, and readiness of Olympic venues in Los Angeles. You will coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and consultants to finalize designs and then transition to on‑site execution and delivery.

You will collaborate across Sport, Event Management, and Operations, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure venue requirements meet Games standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Sports Management, Construction Management, Event Management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with sports and major event planning preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build cross‑functional relationships.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present information.
• Ability to travel to venues and work on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Venue Planning & Development: manage relationships with internal areas to develop venue infrastructure.
• Operational Coordination: assist in managing consultants, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sport, Event Management, and Ops for cohesive planning.
• Support planning for schedules, budgets, and deliverables; contribute to design reviews.
