Job summary

LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games seeks an Associate, Program Management - Engineering to build the coordination backbone for engineering workstreams as the Games approach. You will work at the center of a cross-functional team spanning venue, technology, and delivery, turning requests and schedules into a clear, actionable plan.

You will oversee meetings, capture minutes, produce status reports and SOPs, and support travel logistics as needed, with on-site work in Downtown LA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools (Office 365, Smartsheet, SharePoint).
• Ability to present information concisely to wide audiences including executive leadership, external contractors and advisors, and government agencies.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Engineering planning and delivery with key functional areas to keep workstreams aligned.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to support the Engineering workstream.
• Serve as a point of contact for the Engineering team, manage requests, resources, and timelines.
• Organize meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Prepare reports, presentations, SOPs, and documents for leadership visibility.
• Book travel and manage expense reports for the Engineering team.
