LA28 is seeking a Project Management Associate for the Planning & Programs team to support a portfolio of work across Experience & Engagement, Event Delivery, or PMO Centralized Planning. The role focuses on tracking status, risks, and milestones to ensure successful planning and execution of the LA28 Games.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Event Management, Sports Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track KPIs and monitor portfolio data using Smartsheet and other tools.
• Develop reports for senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional coordination across departments to align timelines and deliverables.
• Foster a project management community with strong working relationships among project managers.
• Identify and propose improvements to portfolio and project management processes.
• Assist with documentation and facilitation of portfolio meetings and planning forums.
