Job summary

The role supports scheduling, billing, RFI tracking and document control on complex electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in Business or Construction Management, 1–2 years of experience in construction, strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability

Qualifications

• Associate or higher in business, construction management, or related field.
• Prefer 1–2 years of project management support experience in construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and price materials using standard references.

Responsibilities

• Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCOs).
• Price material vouchers and track job costs.
• Prepare and manage RFIs and submittals.
• Monitor certified payroll for Rosendin and subs and complete required forms.
• Update project schedules using MS Projects or Sure Track.
• Handle monthly billing and related documentation.
• Create/update material flow sheets and logs.
