Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Idaho is seeking a Project Assistant to provide project management support to the Project team. This role may include general administrative tasks and coordination with subcontractors and vendors.

You will recap potential change orders, price material vouchers, track RFIs, payroll forms, and assist with project schedules using Microsoft Projects or Sure Track. Strong detail orientation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Reading blueprints and pricing materials using industry references.
Familiar with project management procedures and scheduling software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Discretion and interpersonal skills for sensitive matters.
Experience with Oracle, SharePoint and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCO’s).
Price up material vouchers and track related costs.
Write up and track all RFIs.
Track certified payroll for Rosendin and subcontractors and complete required forms.
Update project schedules on Microsoft Projects or Sure Track.
Handle monthly billing (SOV and cover sheet).
Create/update material flow sheets, logs, and submittals.
Obtain quotes from vendors and perform light material ordering.
