Qualifications

• Associate or higher in business or construction disciplines is preferred.
• 1–2 years of project management support experience desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage documentation with accuracy.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Suretrack, Oracle and SharePoint is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; adaptable to a construction environment.

Responsabilités

• Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCOs) and related docs.
• Price material vouchers and manage RFIs with the project team.
• Track payroll forms for Rosendin and subs; handle scheduling inputs.
• Update project schedules using MS Project or SureTrack.
• Assist with monthly billing, submittal logs, and quotes from vendors.
