Rosendin is seeking a Project Assistant to provide essential project management support for our team in a construction setting. You will help track changes, manage RFIs and submittals, and assist with scheduling and billing to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of project support experience in construction, plus familiarity with scheduling tools and MS Office. This on-site role offers growth within a leading employee-owned electrical contractor.

Qualificações

• Experience in project management support within construction environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and pricing using standard references.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Recap and track project changes and vouchers.
• Prepare and track RFIs and submittals.
• Assist with scheduling updates and monthly billing.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and support material orders.
