You will help manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes, while assisting with contracts, logs, and manuals. Ideal for recent grads or early-career professionals seeking growth in a leading electrical contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and drawing control logs.
• Prepare logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
• Responsible for contract submittals that are accurate and timely; assist with subcontractor contracts.
• Assemble and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals; ensure quality control plan adherence.
