Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Project Leader 1 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will lead electrical construction projects, coordinate with engineers, contractors and clients, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery across security and IT systems.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and multi-disciplinary coordination with a focus on safety and quality in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience supervising construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, clients and general contractors.
• Proven track record delivering multi-discipline projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall administration and organization of small electrical construction projects.
• Develop CPM schedule and manage budgets, costs and cash flow.
• Lead project meetings, document requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare estimates, submittals, change orders and bid documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, inspections and regulatory compliance.
