Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Project Leader 1 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will oversee small electrical construction projects, coordinate with customers and contractors, and ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence while maintaining safety and compliance across federal, local, and commercial accounts. The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Clearance/Citizen Type: government security investigation; TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• ABET accreditation preferred for engineering degrees.
• Extensive project management across multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee small electrical construction projects or parts of larger programs.
• Develop and manage CPM schedule and project documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to meet budgets and timelines.
• Prepare status reports, change orders, and project estimates.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
