Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Project Leader 1 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit to oversee small electrical construction projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams across security, power, and IT disciplines.

You will supervise schedules, budgets, permits, and subcontractor coordination, driving safe, on‑time delivery for federal, local, and commercial clients; candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years experience or 5+ years with MS.
• Experience supervising construction PM duties and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust and US Citizenship for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project Superintendent in documentation, layout, and field office support.
• Develop a resource loaded CPM schedule with Primavera scheduling software.
• Coordinate and run project kick-off meetings; forecast cash flow and manpower needs.
• Maintain budgets, cost codes, permits, and ensure timely inspections.
