Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products in Littleton, CO is seeking a Project Lead to represent the customer throughout the order lifecycle. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will be the primary contact for customers and vendors, accountable for scope, costs, and schedule from sale to completion. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of project management, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Civil Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the 'voice of the customer' for OI facilities and manage multiple sales orders.
• Lead turnover meetings at the point of sale to confirm scope, paperwork, and schedule.
• Serve as the main contact for customers from order to on-site delivery.
• Provide guidance to engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting.
• Prepare change order proposals promptly in response to owner/engineer requests or internal generation.
• Monitor progress from sales to completion and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes and systems.
• Coordinate site visits and resolve post-sale issues with customers as needed.
• Identify and requisition special purchase items and manage submittals/approvals with customers.
• Communicate delivery needs to Transportation and follow up as required.
• Work with other project managers and the plant manager to minimize scheduling conflicts.
• Estimate projects and obtain quotes by bid dates.
• Contact vendors for pricing as needed.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, inside sales, operations, and management.
