Job summary

PAR Excellence Systems is seeking an Implementation Specialist I for full-time work in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on building foundational technical skills, supporting on-site installations, and delivering customer training under guidance while progressing toward independent execution.

Responsibilities include hardware/software installation, on-site support, and training, with emphasis on accuracy, professionalism, and customer service. Significant travel (75%) is required.

Qualifications

• Working toward Tier 1 technical knowledge and skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Install PAR Excellence hardware and software ensuring proper operation.
• Provide technology implementation and support for customer accounts.
• Deliver product training for hardware and software.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to resolve on-site issues.
• Assist with system configuration data to support installation and functionality.
• Support training activities for new Specialists under senior guidance.
